1. What our sites are for

Our sites let consumers request to be connected with marketing partners about insurance and related consumer services. Bridgeview Media is a marketing and lead generation company. We are not an insurance carrier, agency, or producer; we do not underwrite, quote, or sell insurance, and nothing on our sites is insurance, financial, or legal advice. Product availability, rates, and terms come solely from the licensed partners who contact you.

2. Accuracy of your submissions

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and only to submit contact information that belongs to you. You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to submit a request.

3. Consent to contact

Submitting a form constitutes the consent described in the disclosure shown with that form and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it as described in the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

4. Intellectual property

Our sites and their content are owned by Bridgeview Media LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or reuse them except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use our sites to submit false or third-party information, interfere with the operation of the sites, probe or test them for vulnerabilities without authorization, or harvest data from them.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgeview Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the sites, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the independent partners who contact you.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
